To protect the Insured against the legal liability in respect of compensation for third party bodily injury and/or property damage.

Aggregate Limit of Indemnity

The purchased sum insured will be reduced by early claims for the rest of policy period unless additional cover is purchased.

Coverage provided is limited to specific premise risk or anywhere in HK or worldwide

Deductible Applicable

Jurisdiction Clause

It has confined the judgments in establishing Insured’s legally liability by a court competent jurisdiction within a stated territory

Subrogation Right

A right granted to the Insurer who shall be subrogated to all the insured’s right of recovery and indemnity against any parties.
